Sometimes having choices is a bad thing for me.
My friend and I were standing in front of the snack aisle in a Ralph’s to get some snacks before the movie.
I first spend a few moments to walk through the aisles. I can’t decide between candy and chips. I finally decide chips, but there is so many goddamn kinds of chips, it takes me another few moments.
If you give me 2 or 3 choices, I can decide in a few seconds flat, but fuck that I have variety right now, and I’m going to take my time
Anything more than 5 and I start thinking about cost opportunity of having one flavor over the over. I start thinking to myself:
“When was the last time I had this particular flavor of chip?”
“But I haven’t tried this one yet! “
“Well then fuck that, I don’t like change”
“But it looks so good”
“Okay I’ll this flavor”
“Oh shit it comes in a spicy flavor as well”
“Do I even still want chips, i could just get some cand- fuck that, I want chips.”

Angels just swept the A’s 3-0. FUCKING FINALLY, SUCK IT REST OF AL WEST
I hope we take the series over the Rangers as well.
The starting rotation is tightening the fucking up, and the offensive is letting it loose. Saunders threw a complete game shut-out, which I don’t think has happened for the Angels since the season clincher last year by Santana. Speaking of Santana, he was pretty solid during this series. Pineiro threw a shut-out as well. I love big donuts from the the other team. Morales or K-Mo (good nick or bad nickname?) is beasting, Godzilla is solid, even the BRO NAPOLI is getting solid cracks.
Scioscia did something right by moving Kendrick to the 2-hole with Abreyu in a familiar spot @ 3rd. He likes to score the runs, he wants those RBIs, he’s not a base runner/contact hitter like aybar and kendrick are, so I feel its for the better. Wood is starting that power stride that EVERYONE wants him to be, but at least his defense his rock solid.
I’m so glad to finally see some consistent W’s during the week. Its not like we are even losing by 1 or 2, some days they were complete blow-outs.
I think the last piece is Brian fucking Fuentes. Why does this guy give me a heart attack every time is up? Oh, its because he fills bases and blows saves. Its not like I hate the guy, but this fucker led the AL in saves last year, but you’d never know that now.
I understand that being the closer is all about CONFIDENCE, and I see what Scioscia is doing by letting him lose a couple of games, so he can come-through on the big ones. I hope he turns it around soon, and I HOPE he comes through vs division rivals. I think Fuentes really lost it during the ALCS last year vs the Yankees. I admit it, I boo’d him as well, but I think he’s solid, he just has to get it back some how.
Maybe he if stopped throwing like a girl, no seriously, he throws like a girl.
